Hi guys.. Sorry I havent been around to take calls. I went to Miami to visit a bodybuilding friend of mine… her name is Stephanie. We had a great time. We went to South Beach and a club called the mansion.. We had a blast….. we got alot of drinks by winning arm wrestling matches! LOL.. It was hot! Anyway I am home safe and sound… Actually straight from the airport I hit the gym to train a client….
