My name is Juliette. Iím looking through the latest issue of Muscle and Fitness magazine. There I am in full color, hitting a double bicep shot at my last competition. I have to work out really hard these next couple of weeks because I have a bodybuilding competition in just six weeks. I just got back from the gym and I am a little out of breath and sweaty. I went really heavy and I have a great pump in my arms right now. If I measured them right now, theyíd be a good sixteen inches.

I am remembering how I had to hide Muscle and Fitness magazine when I was a thin teenage girl. I make most of my money from fitness training and bodybuilding. I also have another athletic way of making money, but Iíll tell you about that later. But, you want to hear a story, so let me tell you one about me and the boysí wrestling team. And, my first encounter with a boy who lusted after my muscles.

My brother John put a gym in our basement when I was eighteen. When he went down to the basement to work out, I always snuck downstairs to watch him sweat and pump up. One time he looked up and aw me staring with envy while he was working out. He told me to get out of the basement, and go back to polishing my nails or reading Seventeen magazine. He said, ìdonít even think of touching my weights,î and that I was a nuisance and distraction by just being there with my skinny girlís body.

When he finished humiliating me, I ran up to my room and ripped off my clothes. He was right, I was a skinny nothing — a wimp; and I would always be a frail, bony girl. I broke into tears and sobbed for several minutes. Right then and there I decided that this would not be my future. I would shock everybody.

It began that night. I set my alarm to 4:30 in the morning. When it rang, I reached under my bed, grabbed a pile of muscle magazines, and tiptoed downstairs in a cut off tee shirt and jeans. I found some beginnerís routines for a good chest workout. I quickly pumped out a set of 10 reps on the bench with a decent amount of weight on it. Ha! I wasnít as weak as everybody said I was.

Every night after that, I stumbled down to the basement to work out hard. The weeks passed. My arms were quickly becoming very muscular, and I could see veins from my wrist to my shoulders

One morning I was having breakfast with John, and his friend Paul. I picked up a large glass pitcher of orange juice. As I picked it up I felt my biceps tighten. I glanced at Paul, who was not staring directly at my bulging arm muscles. He said, ìOh my God, your arms are huge! John, where have you been hiding her? Iíve always dreamed of meeting a girl with bigger arms than mine.î This was my first compliment form any guy, my first muscle compliment, and it turned me on.

As I became more and more strong, high school life changed dramatically. I just didnít fit in with the girls or anybody who did not work out hard and heavy. Then I began to hang out with the guys after school, and with my big arm and leg muscles I easily fit in. I always wore cut off tee-shirt and old jean shorts to show off. We would play football in the muddy field next to my house. When I tackled a guy, I hit him hard — as hard as I could. I loved knocking them into the mud. They looked so helpless and I felt powerful. I would come home at night covered in mud and sweat from head to toe. When I got into the shower, I would scrub my body hard and I could feel my chest and arms get more and more ripped. Whenever I got out of the shower, I felt clean, strong, and quite sexy.

One night, after I dried myself off, I couldnít help noticing how huge I was. My hair was wet and sticking to my shoulders so I pulled it back and tied it up with a hair band. I then caught a glimpse of myself naked in the full-length bathroom mirror. I just could not get enough of me. My body was so beautiful and strong. All my training had really paid off. My shoulders were so broad and cut. My arms looked larger than I had imagined them and much more vascular than I could have ever dreamed. Then my eyes wandered over to my biceps that were pumped up hard, and to my surprise, very big. My eyes continued to examine rest of my hard body. My breasts were firm, unlike all the other girls in the locker room at school. They were this way from going heavy on the bench. For the first time I was seeing the effect of my natural ability and passion to build muscle. The cut in the middle of my chest was so deep and my pecs looked really thick and solid. When I looked down, I couldnít believe how my legs had developed. They were much bigger and harder than ever before and my hamstrings connected so beautifully to my glutes. It gave my butt a higher and tighter look. When I touched my round butt, I felt a rock hard muscle.

Each day my self-confidence increased; I was always full of energy, much more than ever before. I knew that I needed some sort of physical outlet other than weights. I decided that I would still keep the body building a secret, at least for a while. That afternoon, when school was over, I went down to the gym where all the guys were playing basketball. I watched them for a while until one of the guys recognized me. He said ìHey, thatís Johnís little sister. What is she doing here?î I looked away a slight bit embarrassed, but then I decided to walk over to where he and the guys were standing. I didnít come down just to watch the boys play ball! I wanted some action. After I spoke to some of the guys, I told them I was going to try out for the wrestling team. Several of the guys immediately started laughing. After we joked around for a while, one of the bigger guys said heíd like to wrestle me for a joke. That made my adrenaline go crazy. I said, ìCome on big guy, letís see what youíve got.î

I knew pretty much what to do from watching my brother and his friends for all these years, but this big guy didnít know that. At the same time we took our stance. The other guys watched as we got ready. On the count of three, we agreed to begin. ReadyÖ1 2 3Ögo! All at once I threw all of my body weight into this guysí lower body. As he stood there trying to resist my strength, he was clearly shocked and confused by my power. Then I wrapped my arms around his body and squeezed him just enough to show him my strength. He leaned on me as hard as he could and tired to knock me to the floor. Before he even had a chance, I used my powerful back and shoulders to throw him off balance. To my surprise, he lost his balance and fell over on his back.

All of the guys were now staring with their mouths open, not saying anything at all. The guy looking up at me from the gym floor was so embarrassed, but yet, very excited. He tried to get back up, but before he did, I threw myself on top of him and wrapped my strong huge legs around his waist. When he felt the strength of my thighs, he didnít move or try to get away. He just looked up at me and smiled. The more he smiled, the more I squeezed him. I was starting to think that this big oaf actually liked being pinned. All I had to do was hold down his arms and I would have won the match!

No, not just yet, I thought. This was too much fun to put an end to so soon. I decided to see how far I could push this guy before he really got pissed and started using his wrestling techniques and body weight against me. So I thought real fast what I would like to get out of this match. I wanted this guy to admit I was strong enough for the wrestling team. While I was thinking, I must have eased up on my opponent. This was all the time he needed to escape my leg hold and wrestle me over onto my back. As he grabbed me around my shoulders, he squeezed me tightly and whispered something sexy and wild into my ear. I was so surprised by what he offered, that I went limp for a second. That was all the time this guy needed to pin my shoulders to the mat.

It was okay that I lost, because when I got up, all of the other guys wanted to know where I got this kind of power to push someone so big around. Most amusingly, each and every guy wanted to take his turn wrestling me to see if they could beat me. I told them not today and walked out of the gym with a big smile on my face! When I got home that night, my whole family was talking about how I wrestled one of the biggest guys in school. My brother had already heard the entire story from one of his friends. My brother seemed pretty proud of me and wanted to hear the whole story from me now.

But, when I got upstairs to my bedroom, all I kept thinking was what this big guy in the gym had whispered into my ear right before he made me lose the match.

All these years, I never attention like I had today. Never before had I realized the power I could have over men, not only in a physical way, but a psychological way as well. I kept thinking, did the big guy really mean what he had said to me? (Iíll tell you what he said, if you promise not to tell anyone). Promise? Okay then. He said that heíd give me fifty dollars if I went over to his house that night and wrestle him with no one there. What an easy way to make money! Not only that, but I could practice my wrestling for the school team. The more I thought about it, the better it sounded. I was very surprised at myself, but then again, I was the one who walked into the gym and challenged the guys.

I took a nap for an hour. When I woke up, I grabbed my gym bag and headed out the door. Not a bad way to spend the evening I thought. I was a bit scared, but also excited. What an adventure I had before me! As I walked down our street, I wondered if I had a chance to win. Based on our afternoon match, I knew I wouldnít go down easily!

When I got there, I knocked on the door and waited for an answer. When my opponent opened the door and saw me, he looked amazed that I had shown up. He grabbed my arm and took me down to his basement. While he was holding my arm, he gave my bicep a tight squeeze and said I was the strongest girl he had ever known. We talked about some good wrestling styles and which were the most effective ones. Before we got started, we decided to play some upbeat music to get us in the mood. He had a nice thick mat on the basement floor. Just be sure he wasnít kidding about the money, I asked him for it right away. He said he had it upstairs and heíd get it for me if I didnít mind waiting a minute. While he was gone, I started to warm myself up and get psyched for the match. I grabbed the fifty-pound dumbbells and cranked out twelve reps of arm curls. Then I did a couple of sit-ups and stretched out on the mats.

A few minutes went by, and I started to wonder what was taking him so long. Just when I started to relax, I felt a huge arm slip around my waist and throw me on my back. I was so startled. Then he told me he wanted to start up where we left off and that he would teach me how to gain control once I was pinned. He said my body was much harder than he had ever expected a female to be. I know the way he was looking at me was turning him on. By this time, I was so excited myself that I couldnít wait any longer for him to get down to business and wrestle me hard and nasty. So, with all of my power, I pushed him off of me and with one swift move, flipped him over onto his back and pinned his arms over his head. Then I straddled him with my legs and wrapped them around him. He used all of his strength to push me off, and with the music blasting in the background, it seemed in a strange way sort of graceful.

We both got up and faced each other. I leaned into him and wrapped my arms around his body. He tried to break my hold, but he couldnít. I finally let go, and he immediately tried to grab me and put me into a headlock. But, I was too quick for him. I saw it coming and slid past his arm, grabbed his ankle, and threw him to his knees. I was breathing very heavily and taking small gasps of air. The sweat was starting to drip down my face now, and I kept wiping it off. My clothes were starting to shift around my body and my top was starting to rip off of my shoulders. I dove onto him and tried to knock him over and my shirt got caught on his arm. He looked amazed by what he saw and he quickly pulled my shirt off. I was embarrassed for a second, but the way he was looking at me made me feel very hot and turned on. All I wanted to do was pin this guy and make him feel my power.

I told him to take his shirt off — fair is fair. But, he hesitated. So, I decided to just rip his shirt right off of him. I grabbed the collar and pulled it down as hard as I could and off it came in two pieces. The look on my face must have been one pure excitement and desire.

My eyes were wild and alive — I wanted more body contact and now that neither one of us had shirts on, we could sweat together and slide all over each other. Once we began again, the two of us worked harder than ever to win the match. Neither of us was holding anything back. We started making grunting noises. I had so much I wanted to say to him and I couldnít hold back any longer. I grabbed him by his hair, pulled his head back, looked him in the eyes, and said, ìIím going to take every bit strength from you. I want it all.î He knew exactly what I meant, and I could feel him weaken in my arms as he started letting go of his will to win. I could sense his desire to surrender. Maybe thatís what he wanted all along. I released the grip I had on his hair, pushed him over, and wrapped my legs tightly around his head. I held him there for a few seconds, and then I got up slowly, turned my back on him, and walked toward his bedroom. I never turned around, but I heard his footsteps behind me.

We never spoke about this night again. I did make it to the wrestling team, and after winning each match, Iíd throw him a secret kiss.
